Learning Line

This is my learning line which shows some of the things I have learnt since I started school. I think that my time in college was when I learnt the most about what I wanted to do and I also learnt a lot about myself. Obviously infant school through to secondary school is where I learnt basic skills and gained some intelligence, but I feel college was when I started to gain valuable learning skills. I learnt a lot about design programmes and concepts, and also how to present work to make it stand out and look impressive. Although I did not enjoy the course as much as I thought I would have done, it still taught me valuable skills. After college I thought that I did not want to go to university so I was working for 2 years and I also learnt how to drive. I worked in a retail shop where I gained communication skills and I also got more confidence as I had to deal with customers and sort out whatever problems I came across. Eventually I started to get bored of what I was doing and realised that I really wanted to start learning more and further my education. I feel that because I took 2 years out of education I am more motivated to get work done and do it with the skills and confidence I have learnt from else where.
